Short Description:

YE4 series ultra-high efficiency three-phase asynchronous motor is a fully enclosed fan-cooled three-phase asynchronous motor developed and designed by our company. The efficiency index conforms to the requirements of grade 2 efficiency in GB 18613-2020 “Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy Efficiency Grades for Small and Medium-sized Three-phase Asynchronous Motors”.

The frame size of this series motor ranges from 80 to 355, and its power grade and mounting size meet the requirements of GB/T4772.1/1EC60072-1 and GB/T4772.2/IEC60072-2 standards.

a) The main junction box of the motor is located on the top of the base, which can be left and right outgoing lines to meet the user’s requirements for different outgoing lines;

b) For motors with frame size of 160 and above, stator temperature measuring device, bearing temperature measuring device, heater, non-stop oil injection and drainage device can be provided according to the user’s needs;

c) The junction box, base, end cover and fan cover are beautiful in appearance and novel in style, and are conducive to noise reduction and ventilation;

d) The motor adopts insulation system with thermal classification of 155 (F), so as to prolong the service life of the motor;

e) The working system of the motor is S1, the cooling mode is IC411, and the enclosure protection grade is IP55;

f) Suitable for various applications, such as “W”, “TH”, “WTH”, “F1″, “F2″, “WF1″ and “WF2″, where: W is outdoor light corrosion protection; TH is damp heat; WTH is outdoor damp heat; F1 refers to indoor medium anti-corrosion; F2 refers to indoor strong corrosion prevention; WF1 is outdoor medium corrosion resistance; WF2 refers to outdoor strong corrosion protection;

g) In order to facilitate load connection, C-type center holes are reserved on the motor shaft extension end face; h) Excellent starting characteristics;
