Short Description:

YZP series variable-frequency adjustable speed three-phase asynchronous motor for lifting and metallurgy combines the characteristics of the three-phase asynchronous motor for lifting and metallurgy with the advantages of variable-frequency adjustable speed. It has the characteristics of large overload capacity, high mechanical strength, wide speed range, and stable operation. YZPEJ series electromagnetic braking variable-frequency speed regulating motor is composed of YZP series motor and electromagnetic brake (AC/DC). It has the characteristics of large overload capacity, high mechanical strength, compact structure, adjustable braking torque, easy control, use and maintenance, etc. It is suitable for driving various types of lifting and metallurgical machinery or other similar equipment, and the motor is equipped with disc brakes, so that the motor has good braking effect YZPEJ series are squirrel cage motors.

Operation Condition

1. The motor can operate normally under the following conditions:

1.1 The ambient air temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃ (for general environment, class F) and 60 ℃ (for metallurgical environment, class H).
1.2 Relative humidity ≤ 90 ℃.
1.3 The altitude shall not exceed 1000m.
1.4 Start, brake (electrical or mechanical) and reverse frequently.

2. The rated voltage of the motor is 380V and the rated frequency is 50Hz. The rated voltage and frequency can also be determined according to user requirements.
The speed regulation range of the motor is 1~100Hz. Constant torque output is provided when the frequency is lower than the rated frequency, and constant power output is provided when the frequency is higher than the rated frequency.

3. Reference working system of motor: S3 40%.

1). Protection grade:
The protection grade of motor is IP54, that of cooling fan is IP23, and that of electromagnetic brake is IP23

2). Cooling mode:
The motor is cooled by totally enclosed independent fan (IC416), or other cooling methods can be made according to user requirements.

3). Insulation class:
The motor insulation grade is F (for general environment) and H (for metallurgical environment), and special insulation structure is adopted to adapt to the impact of high harmonic voltage.

4. Junction box: the motor stator junction box is located on the top of the base, or on the right or left side of the base according to user requirements.

5. VPI impregnation process is adopted to improve the overall insulation capacity and mechanical strength.

6. Special rotor design is adopted to improve the efficiency and torque of the motor.

7. According to user requirements, it can be equipped with overtemperature protection switch, moisture-proof heating band, electromagnetic brake, encoder, overspeed switch, etc.

8. Type of cooling fan
8.1 Rated voltage: 380V, rated frequency: 50Hz, reference working system: S1, the fan must be powered by independent power supply.
